Pros +
- Location very near Kofu station (JR & Bus) makes it easy to travel around Kofu (Shosenkyo Gorge). Free Japanese breakfast daily till 9:30am. Water dispenser at lobby. A lot of restaurants around area.
- Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! They also allowed us to leave our bags for most of the day while we had appointments and leisure in Kofu before we went to another location.
- The location, very convenient. The room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and helpful.
Cons -
- You need to request for things like shower cap etc from reception. They only provide toothbrush /paste with shower soap/ shampoo/ conditioner in bathroom. Itâ≢s good to know upon check in to get them before heading to the room.
- Beds were okay but not super comfortable.
- The bed and pillow were a little hard for my liking, but didn't detract from overall experience.

The location is great... close the station. I just needed a place for one night, for that purpose it was great. Wouldnt recommend it for a longer stay.
Its old, although very clean.
Great location, so close to the station and main tourist attractions. Many restaurants are also close by.
The room is small but it is something I was expecting for that price.
I booked two nights via booking dot com when I checked in at the reception staff asked me to join their membership cost 1500 , and got a membership card was told will accumulate points! When I went stayed in another Toyoko inn, their staff told me I couldn’t use the membership card due to my bookings are via booking dot com I need to book with them directly to accumulate points
Information given at reception was not clear and breakfast time is short and rushed and too many people overcrowded the small lobby
Convenience located, JR station and supermarket are nearby.Have free breakfast for costumers between 7 to 9 a.m..
The Wifi can’t really work.
